1.    THE USERS

In this section you can define the persons who use the E-vet programme and their rights.

The only persons who have access to E-vet are the members of the organization whose account is registered in the programme.

There are different statuses :

Administrator :

This status permits to manage all data about the association, workcamps, partners, volunteers…

It permits as well to create as  many user accounts as necessary.

Beware, the administrator status allows all modifications among which those concerning the other administrators’ accounts.

User :

This status permits to do the same operations as the administrator, except the data about the status of the organization and those about the other users of the programme. So it does not allow to create new accounts.

Invited :

This status has been created for the organizations that do not have the E-vet programme.

It enables one of your team members to manage the exchange of volunteers between your organization and an organization that do not belong to E-vet.

This organization is registered in E-vet but you have to act for it.In order to have data from the E-vet programme, it is indeed necessary to stand for the organizations that do not belong to the E-vet programme for the moment.

Thus this status permits to read, create, modify and delete all data, coming from the non-member-to-E-vet- organization, about volunteers who are about to participate to one of your workcamps. It permits to accept or refuse your own volunteers for a project organized by this non-member-organization, according to the agreements and data you have received from them.
