1. MESSAGES

In this section you can send, read and file your messages.

1.1. MODULE

The module allows the user to see the new messages that have been sent to him and to the association.

The messages disappear as soon as they are filed.

NEW MESSAGE FOR THE USER

In this section you can send a message to one of the members of an association.

The message can be sent through E-vet and/or through e-mail message.

The list of users is already defined (it can be modified by the administrators: Kemal ABISKA and Laurence DUPREZ).

Select the recipient of the message in the scroll bar (all recipients are classified in alpabetic order) :

Indicate the mail object :

Write the message in the part provided:

Select the sending method of your message through E-vet and/or e-mail

Then click on

The confirmation for sending of the message appears on the screen :

1.3. NEW MESSAGE FOR AN ORGANISATION

In this section you can send a message to a partner organization.The list is already predefined (it can be modified by administrators : Kemal ABISKA and Laurence DUPREZ).

Each user of the program will thus have access to the message sent to his organization.

Select the recipient organization in the scroll bar: the list of the associations is in alphabetic order.

Write the message in the space provided:

Select the sending method of your message through E-vet and/or e-mail

Then click on

The confirmation for sending the message appears on the screen.

1.4. YOUR SAVED MESSAGES [USER]

In this section you can read the messages received and filed by the user: they are automatically erased after some time.

The new messages appear in the module MESSAGE, they appear on this page when they have been filed.

1.5. SAVED MESSAGES RECEIVED FOR [YOUR ORGANISATION ]

In this section you can read the filed messages addressed to the association. All E-vet users can have access to these messages by loging in with their own user account.

These messages are automaically erased after some time.

1.6. YOUR SENT MESSAGES [USER]

In this section you can read the messages sent by the user.

These messages are automaically erased after some time.
